SERVICE CHARGE / For our stellar service, we include a 20% Service Charge to all rooms. Any gratuity over that is greatly appreciated by our staff.
MAX BOOKING / Due to demand, the max booking time is 2 hours

24 HOUR NOTICE / For cancellation less than 24 hours before your reserved time slot, we apply a $50 cancellation fee to your credit card
FOOD + DECOR
OUTSIDE ITEMS / Outside food is welcome! For your safety, absolutely no outside alcohol is permitted. If any is found, you will, unfortunately, be asked to leave the premises.
DECORATIONS / Party supplies like glitter and feathers, as well as affixing anything to the walls is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a $50 cleaning fee for your room.
DAMAGES / We thrive on creating immersive one-of-a-kind experiences within our themed rooms. Please be respectful of our time and creativity— any damages to to your room and its contents will be charged to your credit card.
